Request for Proposal No. RFP052503: Building Envelope Consulting Services
The Seattle School District No.1 (District) is requesting proposals from firms interested in providing building envelope consulting services for Capital Levy Planning. Services will include a review of 30 existing school building envelopes including: an evaluation of existing roof, wall, window, and door assemblies’ conditions, identifying any needed repairs, develop necessary scopes of work, and provide final reports on the recommended upgrades at each school, anticipated construction costs and project duration.
Proposal Submission Deadline: June 25, 2025 at 10:00 a.m.
The Request for Proposal will be available starting on June 4, 2025 at Builders Exchange of Washington, Inc. To access documents on-line with Builders Exchange, go to “bxwa.com” and click on “Posted Projects,” “Goods and Services,” and “Seattle Public Schools Goods and Services.” It is recommended that bidders “Register as a Bidder” in order to receive automatic email notification of future addenda, to download addenda, and to be placed on the “Bidders List.” Proposers who do not register will not be automatically notified of addenda and will need to periodically check the on-line plan room for addenda issued for this project.
